Join Indie Chefs Community on the Road to COMMUNE, for 5 days and nights of culinary experiences, collaborative dinners, and pop ups, featuring 30 nationally recognized chefs from near and far. Welcomed by local hosts at Foreign & Domestic in Austin, each of the participating chefs have gained local or national notoriety and critical acclaim, and will be creating exclusive menus at each dining experience. Inspired by each other, local Austin influences and camaraderie, the carefully curated menus at each event will reflect chefs from various backgrounds and cuisines joining forces in the kitchen.

12 courses of exclusively crafted dishes and pairings, showcasing all 24 chefs, paired up to collaborate and inspired by a key ingredient
Join us for the grand finale of the Road to COMMUNE: Austin, the final collaborative dinner featuring all 24 of the top chefs joining us from Austin and beyond. This dinner will feature 12 plated courses with wine pairings, and an interactive guide through the menu by each of the participating chefs. The 24 chefs are thoughtfully paired up, and each given a key ingredient to create 12 courses of unique bites that you won't get elsewhere. The VIP experience includes early arrival with canapes and sparkling wine, and exclusive access to chef lineup and menu preview. Chefs include current JBF nominees, community leaders, and activists from across the nation.
