Hey, Houston! Save the date: COMMUNE is coming March 2023.
Now, as we’ve moved into 2022, we’ve continued tracking the rapidly developing COVID-19 changes. And as we’ve closely monitored the virus’s variants, it's with heavy hearts but a whole lot of optimism that we’ve decided to push this big ol’ Houston shindig to spring 2023. We feel that to do COMMUNE justice, we must wait until it’s safe and healthy to bring in the slated 200+ acclaimed chefs and the thousands of guests we can’t wait to host.
Now onto some good news and a few brass tacks for ticket holders. Those who already purchased tickets for the previously scheduled COMMUNE event that chose not to attend the preview last August will receive a full refund back to their original form of payment. These refunds are being processed now (2/28/2022) and will be on their way to guests’ accounts as we speak. If that’s not the case, we’re here to help. For any questions or concerns regarding COMMUNE refunds, please contact hello@indiechefs.com, and we will get it sorted right away. PLEASE NOTE: It may take 7-9 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account depending on the type of card you used for payment and your financial institution.
And without further ado, we are thrilled to announce the Road to COMMUNE. Indie Chefs Community is on a mission to keep the culinary community + food-lovers’ spirits high, and we’re taking this show on the road in the form of smaller format events. ICC will be making the rounds in 2022 with ten regional events — everywhere from Austin, TX to Columbus, OH, Brooklyn, NY and Los Angeles — to host culinary newcomers alongside the kitchen old guard to create intimate, collaborative dinners for a group of eager diners. Reinvigorating the culinary community and building excitement for the forthcoming COMMUNE, the Road to COMMUNE dinner series is re-envisioning how we can support each other while creating a safe space to network, bond, and eat!
