We've waited 18 months to start our series back up out of an abundance of caution for our staff, participants, and guests. We chose not to resume operations until the COVID vaccines were widely available. All participants, volunteers, and workers at COMMUNE have voluntarily provided us with proof of vaccination. We will do health checks upon arrival and throughout their stays. Any members of our staff, the participants, and workers at COMMUNE will be isolated from the group should there be any symptoms at any point during their stay.
In addition, all programming is being held outdoors to limit the potential for the spread of COVID. All chefs are staying in rooms by themselves. We will maintain strict hygiene standards in both the preparation, production, and serving of food and beverages during the COMMUNE.
We ask that all guests at COMMUNE do their best to maintain strict hygiene standards and keep their hands washed and follow all CDC guideline and recommendations for stopping the spread of COVID. We also ask that any guest that is showing symptoms of COVID or has been exposed to another person that has tested positive for COVID does not attend the event. Masks will not be required in the outdoor dining areas or exterior property at COMMUNE but we do ask that you bring a mask for when you go inside the main registration building at the Heights House Hotel as well as when you use the restroom.
REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID:
If you have a positive COVID test or are exposed to another person with COVID, please email us at email@example.com with details about your situation. We may request additional information before making a refund decision. All sales are final and non-refundable and we reserve the right to decline your request for a refund. However, we will make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
