Giovanni has a driving passion for hospitality. This drive started at an early age and when he was inspired by traveling around the world with his mother. The hospitality and warmth felt around the countries he visited made him want to reflect the same charm to those that he came in contact with. This pursuit of hospitality led him to dream to be a chef. Today, he can share with you that he is living that dream. For the past 2 years he has worked directly under Chef Philip Speer. First as a Sous Chef, at the renowned restaurant Comedor, and currently as the Executive Chef for Assembly. At assembly he creates menus, leads R&D, and is at the helm of their virtual cooking classes. The classes allow him to meet new people, and share the importance of hospitality.
