Casey Rebecca Nunes is a self-taught chef based in San Francisco. Most recently she was the Executive Chef at Media Noche in San Francisco. Since COVID times, she has swerved from the kitchen for the time being and is currently the Managing Director of Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters. Casey’s dream is to be a condiment queen and have Broke Bitch Sauce in everyone’s fridge, right next to the mustard and mayo.
