Born and raised in the Oakland Bay area, Ronny spent his entire adult life cooking in kitchens all over the Bay. Starting out in an Ice Creamery/Diner as a dish washer, he worked my way up to Michelin-level cooking at Aqua under Michael Mina and Fifth Floor. Currently, Ronny is the Chef de Cuisine of Sobre Mesa under "Top Chef" participant Nelson German.
