Backyard griller until about 2013. Started a steak night with Robin and Terry Wong at their karaoke bar Glitter Karaoke early 2012. From there I started messing around with smoking meats on my Weber Kettle. That led to an obsession with the smoking process which grew into a passion. We started doing pop ups under the Blood Bros BBQ brand around 2013 and it just started growing into what it is now. Opened the brick and mortar in December of 2018.
