Chef Nikhil Naiker is a Fijian Indian chef who has been living in Rhode Island for eight years. After graduating from Johnson and Wales, he worked at his favorite RI restaurants, North & North Bakery. There he became familiar with the abundance of exceptional farms and world class seafood New England has to offer while learning how to prepare them thoughtfully and respectfully. Nikhil finds himself inspired by vegetable forward cuisine with protein an accent. Drawing from his personal background, he explores the intersection of Fijian Indian flavors and Rhode Islands bounty.
