Mohammad's family is Palestinian but he grew up in Amman, Jordan. He moved to the bay area in 2011 with his parents for various reasons, one of which was to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2015, his last year in university, Mohammad decided to drop out to become a dishwasher and pursue his dreams of owning a restaurant. He worked his way up the back-of-house food chain until he achieved his dream of opening my own restaurant.
