Before opening Southern Goods he traveled to southern states to develop a palette and experiment with new ideas of what it means to cook southern food. Choosing unique and carefully curated ingredients bring each dish on the menu to life. Bento is not the Executive Chef at Space Cowboy in the Houston Heights Hotel.
