Originally from Queens, NY, I worked at Del Posto with Brooks Headley for 4 years. It was really cool. Later went on to be the opening pastry chef of Pineapple & Pearls in DC. Moved to Chicago to help Dana Cree open her novelty ice cream shop Pretty Cool Ice Cream. After the pandemic shut down a new project, I spent time learning sourdough production with a friend who had just opened a Jewish Deli called Jeff & Jude’s. Now that the world is reopening I’ve found Lula Cafe as my new home! I have a cat named Pepper and my favorite food is cheese. Pepper’s favorite food is also cheese :)
