Jonnah Ayala is the Chef de Cuisine at Musang, a Filipinx restaurant in Seattle dedicated to serving dishes based on the childhood memories of the community around it. Jonnah came to the US eight years ago as an intern in the industry. Now, she is proud to lead a team of hardworking cooks, creating seasonal menus of cuisine from all across the Philippines.
