Emily is a pastry chef bringing Asian influenced pastries to Midcoast Maine. Her career began in Boston, MA at the esteemed L’Espalier where she honed her skills in modern French pastry. From there she went on to work in Cambridge,MA and Edgartown, MA. Emily is now putting down roots in Maine and exploring her own heritage through Asian cuisine. You’ll find her creations at Zao Ze Cafe, Bao Bao Dumpling House, and Tao Yuan Restaurant.
