BJ is the current owner of Chapman's Eat Market and Ginger Rabbit Jazz Lounge in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to that, he was the former head chef of Rose's Luxury and Little Pearl (both awarded one Michelin Star) in Washington, DC from 2013 to 2019. Before that, BJ was the former Chef Tournant at Husk in Charleston, SC from 2010 to 2013. BJ graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park in 2010.
