Chef Bianca Frasier has been part of Austin's food scene for 6 years. Working primarily in fine dining (former Sous Chef at Foreign & Domestic Restaurant), she is about to branch out to something new. In August she will be opening a food truck named "Bisous" to serve Vietnamese/ southern fusion to the city of Austin. Bringing a radical interpretation to the phrase "casual fine dining".
