Alejandro Najar (Alex) is an Akron chef but currently based out of Louisville, Ohio as he works for Unhitched Brewing Company. Though Louisville is a small town, he tries to pack big flavors in whatever he does, not only presenting local products and ingredients but also educating every guest that walks through their doors.
