Ari Miller, executive chef and owner of the acclaimed restaurant Musi in Philadelphia spent over a decade in Israel, honing his skills on Tel Aviv’s rich cuisine to develop his signature style of cooking, which he terms “relationship cuisine.” The restaurant itself is named for Miller’s legendary fishmonger in Tel Aviv’s Carmel Market.  In 2019, Miller was simultaneously named Best Chef in Philadelphia by Philadelphia Magazine and his restaurant declared one of the Best New Restaurants in America by Eater National. He is devoted to using local, sustainably and thoughtfully sourced ingredients to construct inventive but familiar dishes.
