COMMUNE Cancellation Policy

US Cancellation Policy

 All Sales are final and nonrefundable due to the format of the event. If you are unable to attend a booked experience, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@indiechefs.com with the following information: 

Name, Booking ID, Date of Event, Number of Tickets, and reason for your inability to attend. 

In most instances, we are able to transfer the ownership of your tickets to another party. We are unable to facilitate a sale on your behalf. If you find a replacement party you may request that we transfer your tickets to them but once the transfer is made, we are unable to return ownership of the tickets back to you for any reason.



Up to 7 days before the experience: We will transfer your tickets on your behalf to a party you have authorized. If inside 7 days the transfer cannot be guaranteed and will be made at our discretion.

This cancellation policy does not affect any of your statutory rights as a consumer.
